Direct networking and relationship-building

We plan to leverage connections through Ghana’s government: since we operate in Ghana, we have proximity to the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation and the Cyber Security Authority. By showcasing our capabilities there and possibly offering pilot programs or workshops, we can get endorsements or introductions to other countries’ officials (African governments often share knowledge; Ghana’s successes could be marketed as something we contributed to). We’ll also engage with international organizations active in African cybersecurity – e.g., the World Bank, ITU, or regional bodies – to find projects or funding initiatives where we can collaborate or subcontract. Being included in funded projects that aim to improve cybersecurity in developing countries can both bring revenue and bolster our profile.
